Cancellation Policies

-Students may cancel scheduled lessons by giving at least 24 hour notice to the instructor in advance. Any cancellations under 24 hours prior to any scheduled lessons may be charged at the full rate.

-Any cancelled lessons must be rescheduled within 7 days from the original scheduled lesson in relation to the tutor’s availability.

-Only one cancelled lesson is allowed per booking. Any subsequent cancellation may be charged at the full rate.

Any purchased lessons hours must be completed within 60 days starting from first scheduled lesson date. Failure to complete booked hours in the 60-day time window shall result in student forfeiting remaining hours and no refund given.

Refund Policies

-Refunds will be made to the account from which the fees were originally received.

-Full refund – Written notice for full refund must be submitted 72 hours prior to first scheduled lesson.

-Partial Refund – Partial refund may be granted up to second lesson. Upon submission of written request, no later than 24 hours before second scheduled lesson begins, a prorated amount minus $35 dollar cancellation fee will be granted.

-No Refund –No refund or partial refund shall be given after student completes second lesson.

Books and Learning Materials

Some courses may require the purchase of books and other learning materials. All books and materials must be purchased by the student. Supplemental learning materials may be provided by teacher. Prior to starting lessons, teacher will inform student of required books and other material required for lessons. Expectations of Students

-Throughout the learning process, the student must stay involved by maintaining communication with the teacher, understanding self-study is required throughout the process, and the teacher is available to answer questions if the student is having difficulties.

-Kuni’s Japanese cares about the learning progress of all students. Students are strongly encouraged to share his or her views on the teacher’s teaching. Subsequently, the teacher provides the evaluation on student’s learning progress.

Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at Kuni’s Japanese. Your placement of an order with Kuni’s Japanese constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.

Liability:
The liability of Kuni’s Japanses losses and its teachers in regards to damages, injuries, illnesses or violations or otherwise is limited in all circumstances to the full amount paid to Kuni’s Japanese for the particular course. Such persons will in no circumstances have any liability for indirect or consequential losses or damages. Such persons will in no circumstances be liable for any services provided by third parties, such as but not limited to services provided by the web applications, accommodation providers, and insurance companies.
